Notes on flat knitting machines:
(1) When shaking the machine head by hand, the person should stand firm, and the force should be uniform and moderate, and the direction of force should be consistent with the sliding direction of the nose.
(2) When knitting, the head cannot be adjusted in the knitting area. In order to avoid damaging the part and the fabric, the head must be pushed more than 2 cm beyond the edge of the needle.
(3) When the flat knitting machines head is in the knitting area, the needle bed displacement wrench cannot be pulled out, otherwise the needle will be seriously damaged, and the various triangular adjustment devices and switches cannot be pulled out, so as to avoid needle touching accidents and damage to the machine parts. S.
(4) When setting the needle, the needle should be pushed to the level with the working needle, and the empty needle should return to the non-working position after narrowing or copying. Do not stand between the needle stop area and the working area, as this can cause the needles to collide.
(5) When the tying needle collides, the starting triangle of the tying needle should be closed, and then the machine head should be pulled out from the knitting area. Do not pull the needle hook by hand to avoid damaging your fingers.
(6) When the width of the fabric is too large, the movement of the machine head will increase accordingly. When the remaining yarn at the flat knitting machines head is too large, it is recommended to gently remove the remaining yarn with your fingers, and retrieve the remaining yarn with a thread take-up spring to avoid loosening of the side loops, and even produce "little braids" and open edges.
(7) When falling, the drop hammer must be removed first to prevent the hammer from falling on the ground and hurting the feet.
